What Does a Hoop Class or Private Lesson Entail?

You will learn core moves that will allow you to:
  • Build a solid foundation 
  • Build your skills
  • Strengthen and open your body
  • Discover yourself in the hoop

Class Outline 
  • Dynamic warm up with & without hoops 
  • Basic core hooping instruction (waist hooping, hip hooping)
  • Core moves (stepping, walking, turning, spins)
  • Basic off body hooping 
  • Off-body moves / Tricks
  • Polishing and combining moves into hoopdance
  • Answer questions, fine tune/assist with individual troubleshooting
  • Free Hoop! (parallel to fine tuning/problem solving)
  • Cool down/stretch with hoop

Each class differs depending on how quickly students pick up moves & what I want to teach that week. I try to mix it up for you!

When group classes are being held, you may register using the button below from Thursdays at 8p to Thursdays at 12p.
