Beginner Hoops
I recommend a beginner (core hoop) for everyone just starting out and anyone looking to revisit foundation moves and get their body rocking goin' on.
Beginner hoops are perfect for learning and downloading muscle memory and are a great workout on the core. They measure about 40-43" (about belly button height) are 3/4" in diameter and are slow moving hoops, which means you don't have to be Speedy Gonzales in them.

Dance Hoops
Dance hoops are for any hooper looking to level up their dance and take their hoop from on to off body and back, with a bit more ease.
Dance hoops are 1/2" outer diameter, lighter and measure 35-37", though I can and will gladly make them larger for anyone who wants it so. They're more responsive and springy than beginner hoops, are great for moving the hoop from on to off body and are super cozy to dance with. I learn tricks with my beginner hoop and then tackle it with my dance hoop once I've mastered it.
My dance hoops are $30 and can be made with a push button for your traveling pleasure.

Polypro
Polypro hoops are for anyone wanting to become a super Ninja Hooper in their hoop and bring their dance from nice and easy to warp speed. PEW PEW PEW!! Polypro hoops are super light, super responsive and super-duper fast. They're amazing for off body tricks and are a bit more advanced on body, but they are the bread and butter of hoop dance and a must have for every hooper looking to continue to evolve and grow in their hoop. They're typically 35" & under but again, can be made to your preferred size. My bare polypro hoops are $25 Make it a push button for $30 or color changing taped hoop (left vid) or mirror tape (photo) for $40 Available in multiple colors, just send me an email! |
